About Us
Founded in 2004 in Aalen, Germany, DEING Magnesium GmbH (formerly AAVE GmbH) started out as a company focusing on magnesium materials and working with various German and Chinese automotive partners, but has since expanded to become a hub to connect German automotive companies with the Chinese market.
In 2021, DEING Magnesium GmbH established a joint venture in China - Liaoning DEING Magnesium Corp., the joint venture partnership has 1 billion tons of magnesite resources in the province of Liaoning, China.
In 2022, DEING Magnesium GmbH started a strategic cooperation with partners from China and Europe promoting climate neutrality and sustainable development in the magnesium industry.
